This is a CD of photos of my visit to the USS
Seattle AOE-3 in December 2005 and again in March 2005 for the decommissioning
in Norfolk, VA. Also included are many photos that I have obtained from many
friends and from the World Wide Web. Many thanks to all who provided the photos
and for those who allowed me to take their photos on the ship. She was a find
ship. Many men served with me and to all of them I send my thanks for helping
me in many ways. Thanks to the B & M Division crew who nicknamed me "The Coach"
you are a fantastic group of "Snipes".
I have many fond memories of Captain R. M. Anderson and our preparations for the
Med cruise in 1973. Too bad I don't have photos of those days.
If you ever served in USS Seattle AOE-3 you will enjoy this CD.
